- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If these people call you to setup an appraisal call your lender immediately and request a different company. After taking a prior appraisal from me so they wouldn't have to measure everything they then downgraded the construction on my home. The construction grade is what it is, 4 other appraisers said it was Q3 these people said it was Q4 and basically depreciated my home by $33,000 "Just because." They failed to take any improvements into account. Nothing I told them I did was listed on the appraisal.
